Have you wondered what’s going to happen when you have a hypnotherapy session?
The session starts with you deciding which behaviour you want to modify or change.
You are then guided into a hypnotherapy trance state. This coupled with relaxation and the right therapist (me) makes the suggestions easier to be accepted as a new behaviour.
At the completion of the session you are brought out of the trance state, feeling relaxed with a new/modified behaviour pattern in place.
